At Where It Happened, we do everything we can to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with an item, you can return it under the following conditions:
Returning personalised items
We strive to deliver personalised items of the highest quality. If an error has been made, such as a spelling mistake or incorrect design, we will gladly help resolve the issue before the item is shipped.
If the item has already been shipped and you still encounter an issue, please contact us to discuss the problem. If it turns out that the item is defective or we made an error in the design or size, we will offer a replacement item and cover the return costs when necessary.
Returning non-personalised items
For non-personalised items, you have the right to return an item within 30 days of the purchase date. After this period, we can unfortunately no longer offer a refund or exchange. The costs of returning your purchase to our online store are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately £7.25 per package. You can consult the exact rates on the website of your carrier.
Please note that gift cards cannot be returned.
Refunds
If the returned item meets all the conditions, we will process the refund within 14 days after receiving the item. We will make the refund using the payment method you used when placing the order.
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please make sure you have this on hand when you contact us.
